Design of tower internals
There are many aspects to consider when designing columns: In addition to the hydraulic aspects, topics such as material selection, manufacturability, costs and ease of assembly are also important. We are happy to support you in the design of new columns, in the evaluation of capacity limits at new loads, in troubleshooting of column problems, in the planning of hydro tests and in the optimization of existing columns. We can also support you in comparing or evaluating offers from different suppliers.

Troubleshooting
In all cases of trouble with columns, WelChem offers support by hydraulic analysis of operating data, inspections or gamma-scan data.
Before shutting down and opening a column due to operational problems, you should analyze its behaviour by a hydraulical evaluation!

Construction
We are specialized on constructions for revamps and for any improvements resulting from troubleshooting and debottlenecking.
